At POPULOUS, we live for the hustle and getting your collectibles into your hands as fast as possible. To ensure you know exactly when to expect your "hunted" items, please review our policy for In-Stock versus Pre-Order items.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Free Shipping: All orders over $150 qualify for Free Shipping! 🗺️

  • Flat Rate: For all other orders, we offer a straightforward $15 Flat Rate shipping fee.

  • Carrier: We ship via major carriers to provide the most reliable service across Canada.

2. In-Stock Items

  • Processing Time: Lightning-fast. Our goal is to have all in-stock items packed and processed within the hour of payment.

  • Handling: Every item is handled with collector-grade care. New items are guaranteed mint to near-mint condition and include professional protection (like Pop Protectors where applicable).

3. Pre-Order Items

  • Availability: Pre-orders allow you to secure highly anticipated collectibles before they hit the shelves.

  • Estimated Shipping: Pre-order items will ship as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. Please refer to the specific product description for the manufacturer's estimated release window.

  • Order Fulfillment: Please note that if your order contains both an In-Stock item and a Pre-Order item, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is available. If you want in-stock items immediately, please place separate orders.

  • Securement: To guarantee your slot in the hunt, payment is required immediately. We secure your items with our suppliers as soon as your order is placed.

4. General Terms

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your shipping label is printed.

  • Cancellations: Because we move fast to secure pre-orders and pack in-stock items, standard buyer-requested cancellations are generally not accepted. However, if a Manufacturer Delay occurs beyond the estimated window, we will contact you to offer a status update or a full refund.
