Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, with all original packaging, contents, and accessories intact.
Policy Terms:
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Final Sale: Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return:
To start a return, contact us at service@populoustnc.ca with your order number. Once your request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
